Thank you so much! This was such a deep session for me. Actually. It was our first session that really started to clear some issues up for me. I was able to finally release some old patterns and allow a couple of relationships to resolve themselves. Two months later (after our session and doing my work), I ended up meeting a wonderful man and we got married!  We've been married for the last year and a half or so and it has just been going awesome. I feel like our session really cleared the path for my heart to be free allowing me to enter the next chapter, which has been incredible! This was my first QHHT session. Her space is beautiful, inviting, and energetically soothing.

Her therapeutic tone and ability to hold space was recuperative. The session allowed me to go deeper into my subconscious and discover the root cause of a particular block which was causing me physical body issues and energetic pressure. I have great gratitude for this experience, and for Crystal's knowledge, wisdom, and warm environment; which all-together formed a space for healing and transmutation.

As a massage therapist with now over two decades of working one-on-one with clients, I’ve had to learn ways to maintain my own health & wellbeing. Both physically and mentally. Throughout this time I’ve explored many modalities & was fortunate enough to meet Crystal and her husband TJ, in 2015. I can’t tell you how life has a way of circling back and I’m glad it has. My name is Ashleigh Hernandez. I did a Past Life Regression therapy session with Crystal. My personal experience was incredibly eye opening, insightful and needed. I feel like our whole lives we are pressured to only seek answers only from our tangible realities – books, science, psychologists etc. Many times, we are not taught that the answers can actually be found within ourselves, we may just need some assistance on where to look. That is why I was so interested in have a session with Crystal.

I have known Crystal for over 7 years, so it was easy to trust her. However, going into the Past Life Regression session, where she is working with not only you, but also your subconscious takes ultimate trust. Crystal made me feel unbelievably comfortable, safe and confident. I felt comfortable opening up to her about things I have not told my closest friends and family. What a liberating feeling! The session is layered, however there is nothing abrupt or rushed about it. Crystal works at your pace and allows you to sink into levels of your subconscious at a rate that your mind and body allow.

If asked if the session was a success for me, I’d 100% say yes. There was no prize or profound epiphany, however I gained an intensely deeper understanding of my traumas, thought processes, relationships and other aspects of who I am as an emotional and spiritual being. My biggest gain? It has helped me heal and to understand my own needs better than I ever have before.
