Reiki is an ancient technique that has been around for centuries and is continuing to gain popularity today. It involves the use of energy to help promote healing within the body, mind, and spirit. By channeling positive energy into the body, it helps clear out any blocks or imbalances that may be present. Some people seek out reiki sessions to help relieve stress and anxiety, while others find these sessions helpful in working through emotional, spiritual, and/or life challenges.
Reiki sessions are an hour long. Please wear comfortable clothing as you will remain clothed during your session. You will start by lying supine (face up) on the reiki table and then finish your session in prone position (face down). To help make you more comfortable, I have blankets and bolsters for under your knees/ankles. Please feel free to call, text, or email if you have any questions!
